We employ the approach of Strategic Litigation: identifying and pursuing emblematic cases that serve as a “battering ram” to expose violations or inadequate protection of specific rights in targeted areas.
Approach
Network: Anyone can report a potentially strategic case to us. Our strength lies in our community of legal professionals and our network of sector-specific associations dedicated to defending rights and freedoms.
Legal Action: When we identify a strategic case, we work to secure rulings from national and international courts that establish significant precedents or prompt legislative change
Communication and Advocacy: Simultaneously, we raise public awareness and attention around the cases we pursue. Beyond the courtroom, we engage with legislative bodies and decision-making forums to advocate for the exact changes we seek through our legal actions.
